Afterfall is a 2D Survival Puzzle, exploration, environmental storytelling, and puzzle-solving in a mysterious hospital filled with secrets.

You play as Richard, a survivor who enters the abandoned Mercy Hospital in search of answers behind a catastrophic outbreak. As you explore corridors, forgotten laboratories, and restricted medical facilities, you will discover scattered research documents, hidden clues, and experimental records left behind by the hospital's scientists.

Your objective is to uncover the truth and reconstruct a missing antidote formula by solving a series of interconnected puzzles. Every clue matters, and every decision brings you closer to revealing what really happened inside the facility.
